Since I couldn’t run I opted for a spin class. Foot was pretty good throughout- very good work out. The class actually ran 5 minutes long due to the instructor making sure there was a good cool-down! Miles are a guess… It felt like I went far!

So on Sunday I managed to hurt my foot doing nothing at all. I decided to try to see how it was today with a little run. It was painful by 4 minutes in, and I couldn’t curl my toes without pain… so of course I finished a mile…

I was able to run the trail loop today! It was fabulous!!! There were little tiny pockets of snow/ice, and plenty of puddles. It was so nice to get outside- the run flew by!
