Gym run
30 11 2009It seems the gym is going to be my new "place to run during the week"- exciting. It now gets dark too early for me to be able to run the trails after work. So today I finally went back to the gym. I decided to keep it easy because after Thursday’s run, my cold became completely horrible. Now that I can breathe again I decided to run for time not distance. I was super tired after this run. I will probably have to build up slow/ run slower this week because I am still recovering and still on meds.
But, boy did I miss running!
