Substitute instructor- definetely more of a strength training than flexibility but a good work out!

Still a little sore from yesterday in the hip and shoulder. Opted to do some yoga focusing on stretching/flexibility. I tried the Gaim Flexibility Dvd- it wasn’t bad quite nice for a beginner because there wasn’t any flat-board down before the updog, however it was a rather short dvd.

First class in awhile with the regular instructor. She kept it pretty easy and slow because of the new people. At points it was difficult so that means I need to focus on my yoga a bit more.

Back to the usual yoga class. I did pretty well for not being there for a month.

Finally got to a yoga class- different studio and teacher though. It was slower paced but had more difficult poses. Glad I got a chance to actually stretch out my hip because it has been bothering me but I want to give it a break for the rest of the day so maybe it won’t be tight anymore…
