		<title>Spin Class</title>
		<description>Since I couldn't run I opted for a spin class. Foot was pretty good throughout- very good work out. The class actually ran 5 minutes long due to the instructor making sure there was a good cool-down! Miles are a guess... It felt like I went far! </description>

		<title>Yay trails!</title>
		<description>I was able to run the trail loop today! It was fabulous!!! There were little tiny pockets of snow/ice, and plenty of puddles. It was so nice to get outside- the run flew by! </description>
